Birth and Beyond Class

A healthy start for new families

presented by Sutter Coast Hospital, the Del Norte Family Resource Center and First5 Del Norte

Bringing new baby home is a time of great excitement and responsibility! Birth and Beyond is a 6-week course that offers you education and support from pregnancy through the birth of your child. This course will help you learn more about: Childbirth, Breastfeeding and Newborn Care.

Register and receive: lots of FREE give-aways; car seat safety checks; Sutter Hospital tour; a chance to meet local OB medical staff; Welcome Baby party; 6 week newborn support after your baby is born.

It is best to register for a course that starts when you are 27-33 weeks pregnant

Cost
$30 non-refundable payment covers all classes and materials
Patients who wish to participate but have financial challenges will not be turned away Arrangements can be made to help - simply ask!

**The “Welcome Party” is a chance for members of each prenatal class to get together after their babies are born to celebrate their births. It is held at 3:15pm at the Family Resource Center and will kick off the the exciting 6 week program for new parents that continues after your baby is born.
