Volunteers
A Sutter Coast Hospital (SCH) Volunteer is a member of a team of individuals who serve without salary under staff supervision and direction. Service is of a non-professional nature. As a SCH volunteer, your efforts will benefit the hospital in continuing its commitment to excellence while providing you with the personal satisfaction of contributing to the welfare of those in need.
As an integral component of SCH, our purpose is to promote and advance the welfare of SCH and its patients through ways and means approved or proposed by the governing board of the hospital.
The Auxiliary provides support services for the hospital staff, public relations and fundraising and promotes interest in health services.
